Today we used the confocal microscope. I was able to take one picture that can be seen below
Endoplasmic Reticulum in MDBK Cells – labeled with the Organelle Lights™ Intracellular Targeted Fluorescent Proteins – The GFP is expressed using ER signal sequence of calreticulin and the KDEL (ER retention signal) . Confocal images. Compressed Z stack showing extensive ER network.
